Dear Micah: Video and computer game ratings are designed to give you, the consumer, info about the content of a game and for which ages it is appropriate. Game ratings range from Early Childhood (EC) to Adults Only (AO). Ratings also include content descriptors. These descriptors give a more specific idea of game content, such as 'violence' or 'animated blood.' Dear Patrick: The Aurora Borealis, more commonly known as the Northern Lights, are amazing flashes of light that can be seen in certain parts of the northern hemisphere. They occur when electrons accelerate into the upper atmosphere along Earth's magnetic field lines. At that point, they collide with gas atoms and emit light.
